Glynis D. Tejada majored in English literature with a concentration in International Studies at Barnard College. A longtime resident of San Francisco, she now divides her time between the Philippines and the United States. In her short stories, poetry, essays, and children’s stories Glynis deftly mines the universal themes of family, society, tradition, and belonging. She is currently at work on her first book, Balikbayan. Glynis is the Literary Editor/Creative Consultant for Strange Tango: Life as Art.
